Delivery/Dispatch period will be updated upon receive of Manufacturer Tracking at India. This is a Pre-order item. *No URGENT* orders will be taken! Approximately 10 to 15 working days +- excluding Public Holidays in India if any during the delivery transit so kindly do not rush for immediate delivery. For Handloom/Weaved is more than 14 working days as its made after order in some collections.

• Return is acceptable only for damaged product or wrong product dispatched.
• Slight Color Variation is possible due to digital photography/resolution & as per lighting & your mobile settings. Example Blue may look like Green shade, navy blue may look like black, etc, So, please Confirm the color while booking itself. Thread pulls, zari missing, weaving effects, stains in white or color smudge in handloom small gaps are not considered as damage which won’t be visible while wearing also.
• Parcel Opening Video is a must. Some customers use sharp objects & scissors to open the parcel which may damage the product inside. No return is eligible in that Cases.
• We sell good products only but we can’t satisfy every customer. Quality differs from person to person where one likes the outfit & other dislikes the same. So No return is entertained for personal satisfaction or the customer didn’t like the product or the customer changed their mind. Whatever description given, you will receive the same only. So don’t say product not looking as per picture.
